The Calculator -
The resource and item calculators have been enhanced, giving you the
potential to greatly
streamline your estimating. New
buttons now give you faster access to many calculation
functions, including the brand new Item Quantity and
Production Rate features. When you update item
quantities or production rates, the calculations you
have used them in will automatically update.

Variables
- The ability to establish variables for an entire
project, section or item. These variables can then be
added to any of your item and resource calculations.
Update these variables in one spot in your project, and
Benchmark will automatically update every calculation
they are used in throughout your project. You can also
set up variables in the Item Library to save you
reinventing the wheel. |

Routine interface -
The powerful Routine feature has had several
design enhancements to make using Routines even easier. |

Routine writing - New functionality gives you
quicker and more flexible calculations to cut time out
of Routine creation. |

Quick Find
- Quick Find menus have been included on the screens for
adding Items and Resources to your projects and for the
Resource Rate Change. This will make it easier and
faster to find what you need. |

My Reports -
A brand new My Reports menu has been created, allowing you to add
your favourite reports to the one easy-to-access menu. |

Resource report with Options -
The new ‘Resources by Item with Options’
report allows you to customise the information that will
appear in this report to fit with your businesses needs
and facilitate the hand over to project managers. |

Enhanced appearance -
Many other screens in Benchmark, such as the Project Resource
Maintenance screen, have an upgraded, cleaner field
layout while still retaining their overall feel and
functionality. |

Schedule of Items Export to Excel –
This
new report will export your Schedule of Items report
directly into Microsoft Excel® with formulas set up,
which saves you time and gives you exceptional
flexibility. |

Benchmark giving you greater functionality and more
