The Georgiou Group
The Georgiou Group is a highly respected civil construction
company that provides a total construction package and project
management service - regardless of scope or budget. Based in
Western Australia and employing around 250 staff with a turnover
of $150 million, the Georgiou

Joel Norman, Chief
Estimator at the Georgiou Group, says that Benchmark is ideally

your costs to a client’s schedule so efficient. “Our Library
Item descriptions contain the descriptions used by our clients,
so it is simply a matter of importing their schedule into
Benchmark and running Auto Allocate.”
Joel continues, “Our usual subdivisions are anywhere
between $1-$3 million dollars and use up to 150 items. By using
Benchmark’s Auto Allocate feature we can generate prices very
quickly; for simple subdivisions we can allocate our Items in as
little as one hour!”
